ACRI/Urban Taskforce annual property update
June 14 2017
The Australia-China Relations Institute (ACRI) and Urban Taskforce are hosting the second annual panel discussion on Chinese investment in the Australian property sector.
The panel will outline the growing appetite Chinese investors have for Australian commercial real estate. In 2014-15, the value of approved Chinese investment in real estate jumped by 96 percent on a year earlier, and accounted for more than half of the increase in real estate investment from all countries. This timely discussion will be moderated by ACRI Director Bob Carr and include Chris Johnson, Chair, Urban Taskforce as well as property industry leaders including Chinese.
Registration opening soon.
